Today is my day off which means it’s food prep day!
Up top, I have my lunches prepared for the next few days. Spinach quinoa patties, broccoli and cauliflower with a lemon-garlic vinaigrette, and then carrots with a garden herb ranch dip. I’ll also be taking cantaloupe, snacks from my latest Graze box, and cocoa/cinnamon roast almonds.
Second photo… Sliced up bananas in the freezer, for smoothies.
And last… Dinner for tonight: broccoli mac and cheese.
I was going to prep my breakfasts as well… But there’s no room in the refrigerator now, haha.
